Dyne Medical Group (CEO Sunghoon Lee) announced on July 1 that its exclusive product in Korea, the inhalation-type ureteral access sheath ‘ClearPetra’, has been officially listed for insurance reimbursement.

On June 27, the Ministry of Health and Welfare announced a partial revision to the "List of Reimbursable and Non-Reimbursable Medical Materials and Reimbursement Ceiling Prices," stating that the new terms would be implemented from July 1.
ClearPetra, used in endoscopic procedures for kidney stone removal, features suction functionality that allows for faster and more efficient stone extraction. The device not only enhances surgical efficiency with its high stone removal rate but also helps reduce recurrence rates of urinary stones.
With this reimbursement approval, ClearPetra can now be stably utilized in all hospitals across Korea that perform urinary stone surgeries, including both tertiary care centers and local clinics. The update is expected to significantly improve treatment outcomes and patient satisfaction.
